He's really friendly, knowledgable, honest and I appreciated getting a certified builders opinion on the house so we knew what we were getting ourselves in to. Both times, the report was the deciding factor on whether we wanted to buy the house or not, and also helped with negotiations to make sure we got to a fair price knowing exactly what we were buying. Highly recommend him!

Ali from What's Up House Inspections was available quickly to come and view the place we were considering and quickly turned around a thorough report about all aspects of the house. The report included photos and a detailed run down of the inside and outside of the house, making it clear where work was needed. This helped us negotiate a better price for the house which we ended up purchasing. I would highly recommend Ali if you are wanting a reliable house inspection.
