โ โ โ โ โ I contacted Grant throughout our long house hunt and he was my go to person for property inspections before we attended auctions. I found him quick to respond and provided excellent service.
With the house we ended up buying, he turned around the report so quickly and then followed it up with a phone call to discuss any questions we had. Grant called us in the evening, after business hours to help us, I will forever be grateful! thanks to Grant, we had done our due diligence and was able to attend the auction that happend to be brought forward. We bought the house with confidence, thanks to Grant!

โ โ โ โ โ Grant is very responsive and provides a in depth pre-purchase report. Grant also gave us a call and discussed the items highlighted within his report. Grant was able to complete the inspection on short notice and was also able to issue the report on the same day as the inspection. Will definitely be recommending Grants service to others looking at property.
