★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with this clinic is awesome. The reception staff and nurse are excellent at their work and treated me nicely (thanks to Nazia and Daman). Finally I met doctor (Dr. Mohinder Pal Singh), who is a real gem and made me feel comfortable. I really appreciate the services provided. I would strongly recommend this clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to give one star just for the sake of being able to complete this review. The receptionists are extremely rude at this place. They won't treat you well at all. They feel that they are in control and people are coming to them asking for free favours. They make you feel that you are no one and they are in control. They go back on their words and will show no sympathy about whatever your situation or condition might be. They have no clue what customer service is and don't realise that they only exist due to their customers. If I have to rate just the doctor, I will give him 4 out of 5. But he really needs to review the level of service being provided by his front staff. Sometimes dealing with them feels like that they own you. First time when I went to register, it was 5 pm and they shut at 5.30. Receptionist asked me if I had all the documents and I said yes. She said well you are too late today so you need to come tomorrow. When I showed her the clinic timings on the internet and clinic she told me it is what it is. I couldn't believe that such thing could happen in New Zealand. Talking to one of my friends about the incident. He told me that he had a similar experience with their staff. He went to register with them and provided a copy of his passport via email. His passport was with immigration so he couldn't provide a hard copy. He was shivering with fever and pleaded them to see the doctor but they refused. I highly recommend everyone to not to support such rude behaviour and disgrace in society by spending your money with them. I hope the doctor will realise soon and do something about it. If you have a story to share then please do so. This way our concerns will get to those people who can resolve this problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a patient with the doctor for more than 10 years. Usually when you go, there is some waiting period but the receptionists have been nice and friendly but the new staff is absolutely horrific. Made me wait 3 hours only to let me know that I'm not registered anymore since I was out of country for about a year. After I agreed to fill out the form I was advised I had to wait in line for at least 6 more patients all of whom came after me. The doctor has been a family doctor for my entire family for more than a decade but seeing the grade of service fall I feel disappointed. Will never be vising again.

Im really happy with their services.
Big ups for Neerja at the reception her prompt and friendly service made my visit memorable for sure .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to have medical done for your old parents this is the clinic you should be. The receptionist is kind and helpful. This is a super busy clinic so keep that in mind. I saw a lot of negative comments in the reviews here but just put yourself in their shoes and u will understand the management needs to go through with so many questions and queries all the time

Nurse is polite and makes you feel comfortable..right culture percolates down..clearly visible since the doctor himself is a thorough gentleman, respectful! Keep up the great job team MPS Surgery! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If only no star was an option. Absolute rip off. Charged me for a service and report that was never completed. They just forwarded an inbox report rather than providing what was specifically asked for which I sent to admin AND gave to the doctor himself to read. NOT BOTHERED TO LISTEN!
