Went as a staff do, our beautiful server, Sheryl was an absolute star! She managed to coordinate our orders easily, joking around with us while providing stellar service to her multiple tables. She even went as far to honour our ridiculous request for a certain number of ice cubes!
Everything came out in a timely manner, tasting absolutely stunning! We barely had time to blink before our water glasses were refilled, dishes cleared and other lovely servers asking if we needed top ups of our drinks.
We will all most definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big ups to the chef , we ordered many different dishes to share, and they were all perfectly cooked and came out pretty fast even though it was our second time there in a week. Once we ate there and the second we picked up. Rice and veggies along with the meat dishes were all cooked really well. The lady at the counter who bought us our food was extremely nice and was very pleasant do deal with when taking our order and delivering us our food to the car, the second time around. Would definitely recommend visiting W & W, Queenstown. A+

I usually don’t write negative reviews on anyone’s business as we all are suffering from covid pandemic and staff shortage.
But this was the one I would like to bring to your notice. This was my 2nd visit to this place in one week.
I booked the table at 7:45pm on 6th June. We were taken to the table very appropriately.
At the time of giving order we made sure we inform our server that one of our friend is allergic to eggs. And we ordered four soups in which we only received one soup and also was not informed that one was with eggs or without.
We also ordered pork bap bun which server forgot to put through in the POS.
Moreover, we did order duck dumplings which never came on table but got charged for it (happy to provide the receipt).
Our bottle of Jacob creek we received at the middle of our meal at the time of our mains even though we ordered our wine first.
The more disappointing was the guest next to me moved out and the server was trying to clean the table spraying sanitiser(chemical) straight on to the table and then wiping it down. It is very unsafe and can go in to the food and the person sitting there.
Overall food was really good and tasty. But these few important things was disappointing. And made mine and my friends experience a bit off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing food! Big serving portion. I ordered soft shell crab, fried chicken, beef dumpling and dry fish curry. Everything is very well seasoned, generous portion (literally the starter is almost same size as main). Staff is friendly, good service, great armosphere. I definitely will come back especially for the dumpling and soft shell crab. Amazingly good, highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very hip and fun place. The decor and music are really cool. The food was delicious! I had kung pap chicken and it was different than any I have had. It was not spicy at all which was disappointing but it had a good flavor. I would order it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a huge restaurant than the look from the door. The light was quite dark and lots of staffs work there. Food was overall great. dumpling’s skin was nice, prawn and pork rice was so tasty but quite cheap. Soft shell crab was great but the the sauce was a bit too strong.
Apart from this review we had to leave earlier due to the next table who were very arrogant and keep talking about our food every single time when our food arrived.
I am happy to go again try other food.
My best menu was pork and prawn rice.
