β β β β β I purchased a blue pearl ring when I was visiting from the U.S. back in January. I fell in love with the quality and integrity of the color and its delicate white gold setting. As I worked my way north, ending in the Bay of islands, I checked out other jewelry stores to see what they offered in the way of blue pearl jewelry, but none came even close to my ring.

β β β β β I canβt speak highly enough of Trond and Anna and the rest of the team at Goldfields. My engagement and wedding rings were designed and made by Trond and he in hindsight had the patience of a saint!! I knew what I wanted but had no idea how to articulate it - he learnt very well how to speak Josie!
A year later after the birth of our daughter I received another ring (beautiful but not made by Trond).
This ring looked great for first year but then broke and broke again and the other companies feedback??
Donβt wear it every day then just use it for special occasions!!! (After I spent a lot of money with them repairing it!!)
I went to see Trond and he RE -MADE this ring for me to make sure it was done right once and for all. It was 1000 x better than what the mainstream jeweler had done.
His workmanship, attention to detail , talent, kindness, and the pride he takes in ensuring his customers are happy is second to none.
Many of my friends have had their rings made by Trond and all say the same thing. His work is incredible and itβs exceptional value.
Highly highly recommend.

β β β β β Trond is not only one of the best jewellers I have ever met but his store also has a wonderful variety of jewellery that every woman would love to receive something from.
I commissioned Trond to design and manufacture a diamond pendant for myself and his attention to detail was outstanding and at the same time he was a true pleasure to deal with.
I thoroughly recommend Trond for everything jewellery!

β β β β β My wife and I purchased our wedding bands from Trond. Top class customer-service. Top quality craftsmanship and excellent value for money. Using local gold (which he showed us pre and post polishing which was cool) he made a unique band for my wife to fit around her engagement ring and hand-crafted a hammered gold band for myself. He also polished my wife's engagement ring for free (even though we didn't purchase it off him), engraved our wedding rings with the date of the wedding, resized them and soldered her engagement ring and wedding band together. Had I not already bought the engagement ring, in hindsight I would have bought that there also such was the impression Trond and the team had on us. Thanks to all at Goldfields!

β β β β β Just 2 weeks before my spontaneous wedding, I was frantically looking for a wedding ring. I didnβt have a huge budget or a clear idea of what I wanted or could get with the budget I had. Trond and Anna (husband and wife themselves) worked with me to make something I could cherish forever. In the end, I came away with a ring Iβm excited to wear for the rest of my life. In less than 2 short weeks, Trond handmade my wedding ring. It was so special to have a locally made ring. In addition, I appreciated that they could tell me exactly where the materials came from: the gold was from New Zealand (making it extra special) and the diamonds were from Israel. And of course, the ring itself was made right here in Queenstown! Thank you, Goldfields!
