★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went and had all 4 Wisdom teeth removed by Rick Parfitt. During the procedure his grip slipped on my tooth and broke one of my other perfectly normal teeth and he did not tell me at the time, being under local anesthesia I had no idea...poor practice
He did not apologise when i called the following day and proceeded to say I could come back and get the tooth fixed in 3weeks time because he was busy...I have since been to see Richard at Howick dental and paid for the repair out of principle. Would recommend Richard to friends and others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here to get a WINZ quote and subsequently work done. Susan Clow treated me with kindness and respect. She was considerate, efficient and did an excellent job. I highly recommend her and I won’t go anywhere else now. A stark contrast to the other local dentists where I was not treated well because of my circumstances.

I think some of the comments about Ricks singing are a little rough - he's no Freddie Mercury but a lot better than me ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally after 3 years of having issues with my 6 top front Veneers that this girl at Whitford dental has done. I finally found a dental surgeon expert who was able to fix her mess.
He stated that she didn't know what she was doing and just plastered it on like clay. He made my new Veneers look and feel natural.
This girl at Whitford dental not only messed up my teeth but during my first procedure the numbing solution faded away causing me to feel everything going on i tried to tell her but she was too busy focusing on the work rather her patient. Got to the point of an hour feeling the pain I threw my hands up to stop her as tears were falling from my eyes. It was hell.
After that had on going issues with the Veneers they kept chipping falling out while brushing flossing eating rice even. She got sick of me coming back day after day week after week she just didn't know why they keep breaking.
She gave me a full refund and told me not to come back.
3 years of seeking a dentist that would fix her mistakes, they all turned me down saying they would not touch them and asked who did them
I have told dentist around Auckland whom the girl and dental clinic that did this to me. shacking their heads they still wouldn't touch them.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. 3 years of suffering.
