★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to try, pick up your order. They've marked up by a lot on deliver easy and its no where near worth it. Chicken is pretty good but fries are very average at best, they taste like anything at the bottom of the deep freeze from 5 years ago. New place and everything but I'm too broke from this time to ever order again now. Second star is just for the effort of the staff for having to deal with this.
Edit: Delivereasy is dope, but get kools instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was pretty good in my 2 visits though this time my Phoenix burger only had the spicy sauce on about a half of it so the other half of the burger wasn't spicy at all unfortunately. Otherwise pretty good experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chips were abit of a let down... chicken was generous size pieces that had been coated really well to give great coverage with a natural warmth rather than spicy... burger was ok just needed to be abit better balanced with a nice sauce and maybe a pickle

Truly Awful.
I went there around 7pm and the place was deserted (should have been a warning) But I thought "No line, so maybe it wont take too long" - How wrong I was - Somehow it STILL took 19 Minutes for a meal for 1 person.... 19 Minutes!
The food is absolute trash. The mess of a burger (pictured) was swamped with sauce. It would have been more enjoyable eating a jar or mayo with a spoon. Tasteless. Bland. Slapped together.
The chips were pale, unseasoned, and hardly cooked. I threw most of them in the trash.
The chicken was nothing special. I've had better chicken from a warmer at a bakery. No joke.
Don't waste your time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food, great prices, great customer service. Been reading other reviews on here about pricing I'm not sure how much you want to pay but in our day and age it's reasonable pricing. Love the chips especially and the chicken is way better than any other place in Wanganui. Burgers are stacked too!
