★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came into town late around 6pm. It was cold and raining. The shop was closed but the lovely friendly lady opened the door and made fresh sandwiches and also gave us hot soup as complimentary. What a beautiful soul. Reminds us of back home. We are definitely stopping over next time and also have told friends and family about the service. Thank you heaps

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely friendly staff. The board menu wasn’t available today but they had a couple of options, 1 which was a chicken burger. yummm! Juicy, tasty and messy, but worth the mess. Clean toilets and the nicest smelling hand wash. Would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was great, made up lunch A2O trail journey next day was very nice. BUT beware when buying beer. We bought several 330ml bottles of beer no prices available and when presented with bill had been charged $10 per bottle. We were gobsmacked, know where on the A20 trail were we stung so badley for a bottle of beer. Usual cost $5 per bottle. A shame really as we will talk more about being ripped off for drinks than the good food

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Host is absolutely lovely. We sat outside after during our Alps2Ocean bike ride. The platter was abundant and included Jerusalem artichoke and whitestone cheese. Great place in a lovely wee town
