★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its not maintained so like my self and many others walk the ramps to get to level 6 or 8 onto Krd. Urine through and near entrance ways of lifts and steps inner carpark.
The scan code is blocking where we swipe our cards into carpark. Cars get broken into all the time. Im sure they park into carpark or cross st then steal from cars. Can't believe we have to take matters into our own hands what a joke.

You can sign up for monthly parking via our online customer portal: it's a New Zealand first. Sign-up takes less than 10 minutes, and you'll have 24/7 access to your account.
ParkWatch
ParkWatch is our control centre operating around the clock to ensure customers receive 24/7 support. Trained staff monitor live feeds from more than 300 cameras nationwide. This is a service unique to Wilson Parking customers in New Zealand.
Not all facilities have CCTV coverage, but we are continuing to increase the network as part of our ongoing commitment to our customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The roadworks has made parking difficult around kroad, this parking lot is a convenient option if walking 8-12mins from Hopetoun isn't an option. The facility has aged and there needs more upkeep. There is a strong smell of urine that hasn't been properly dealt with on the 3rd level in the stairwell/elevator lobby. I haven't felt unsafe in the carpark yet. There's no CCTV, really hoping that changes soon. Monthly parking passes available here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dangerous car park. My car was broken into tonight despite of having a steering wheel lock. 2 of my collegues cars were stolen before 11pm on a week day. Have heard from other people that their cars were stolen or broken into as well. All incidents have been reported to wilson car park and the police. Nothing has been done about the issue. No security cameras actually operating. Cars keep getting stolen. Im not going to park here anymore. Be aware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ $12 on a Sunday was ok, bottom floor was empty which was good as was going cycling. Pay machines are on the first floor. Don't know if I would be happy to park at night as it does not appear to have much security. No pay wave available however.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely frustrated and annoyed, I parked my car in Mercury Lane Wilson car park while I was work, come back and my car has been hit with no note left. I call Wilson’s car park and they tell me that there is nothing they can do because they only have cameras at the enterances. This is not good enough where is all their income from us paying to park going? More cameras are needed and a programme in place to assist people when their property has been broken, instead of just been turned away without any assistance. Service needs to be much better if they will gladly take our money.
