★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Support is basically non existent. Never given a reply on issues and the money from eftpos transactions does not match up the the actual amount indicated. Regretted going with them and took me over a month to sort the paperwork out for a terminal. NEVER GO WITH THEM

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything costs extra, if you use woocommerce you have to use quite an expensive third party plug in which had several major bugs over the last years. If you want to accept cards other then Visa/Mastercard you pay quite a high set up fee. Also quite a few sales were denied for no reason. Customer service is mediocre at the best. There are much better options available

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No customer service at all. No one answers the phone at the help desk or by email. I tried phoning several times and emailing about 10 times over the last 3 months but just automated replies. we had to change our Eftpos machines with different provider

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesnt even deserve 1 star. The WORST customer experience I have ever received especially when I was paying so much in transaction fees. Went with my bank and EFTCO for transactions and have saved thousands. No soul to this business, just a money hungry machine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them many times, Half hour waiting for be support at least. Then very unfriendly technication with no patience attitude to answer your questions. Why bother to pay your service? Will look other company even with more charge but much better service instead. Not recommended ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously, do not use Windcave. I've been trying to set up an account for months. Been trading in business 10 years and get treated like it's my first day. Condescending, rude and at the end of the day they just don't get back to you. Save your time and go with a different eftpos supplier.

No sense of urgency and not very business like. Think they just forgot about me. Person dealing with my hookup I think went on holiday so my application just stopped. Then 4 weeks later I had to complete the whole application again. There system is semi automated so people don’t factor into there business. So if your a person they don’t really want to deal with you that’s why there are no responses to any of these reviews
