Seat right back - dashboard set up chsnged - trip meter chsnged - tuned to Chinese radio station - I know it’s a grumble but really irritating . Loan car booked but not ready when I got there .. difficult to get in and out of .. think I’ll start going somewhere locally

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed. Poor communication, no one wearing masks, have the car all day even though the service takes only 11/2 hours, finally txt to say it was ready at 3.40 and told they close at 5. Then car not clean, settings changed and car seat and mirrors adjusted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible services and very unprofessional staff! I booked a service 4 weeks ago and cleary stated that I needed a loan car. I arrive on the day and was told there is no loan car available, which is fine but they wouldn't tell me how long the service will take or when they'll start working on my car! Why do you even bother booking a time then. That's clearly not going to work, what was I supposed to do in Greenlane for the whole day! This was very frustrating and a complete waste of my time and they didn’t even offer to drop me off somewhere. I called them to speak to a manager. I then was told by the receptionist that told her “That’s not going to work” and left! As if I stormed out which is clearly a lie. I asked if she can put me through to a manager. After waiting on the phone, she hangs up! She didn’t have the courtesy to call me back. Instead she sends an email saying the manager will call give me a call. This never happened, no call, no follow up, nothing. This place is run by clowns. Staff at this branch clearly don’t care about their customers at all.

They have always had the best workmanship, based on my experience within Auckland, and are very knowledgeable and honest with what they do. Kayla, David and Jamille provide first class service each time. One of my more recent experiences with them involved an unfortunate breakdown. Kayla and Dave were both very understanding and provided great communication throughout. I had my vehicle at their workshop within a 3 hour turnaround and I cannot be happier. They are a fair bit of distance away from where I live but it is worth it every time, for the quality of work and their service.
