Their man “Taufeeq” played a vital part to showcase the professional and helpful nature of the dealership.
It took me time to find my specific car but Taufeeq always kept in touch and made my purchase possible.
The team is knowledgeable and welcoming, Anastasia was also amazing and the assistance provided in the process was perfect.
I would highly recommend to approach this people if you like JLR vehicles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There service department is a complete rip off! Took Volo s40 for a noisy power steering pump to get fixed. Was quoted over $2000 nzd for the part! plus labor which was estimated to come close to $3000 total.
As I was looking for cheaper option, I asked if they could source a second hand part. Which i was told only new parts could be fitted and they needed to be serial matched to the car and second hand parts would not be compatible.
So, I decided to buy a second hand pump from the states through ebay - cost $150 including shipping. I managed to install it myself in just under two hours (im not even a qualified mechanic!) and it works like a charm, no issues 6months after fitting the second hand pump. Unbelievable misinformation and a quote.

Very frustrated that after selling a car for 180k they don't even store a simple spare part as window glass, in the event someone breaks into your car or an accident be prepared to wait 3-months or more. Even worst they won't store your car or provide a service car so I had to find a external repair shop. Very disappointed in the after sales service and never again will I recommend or buy another vehicle off them again.

After drop off my Jaguar XF 10am I’ve got a tx to pick up my Jaguar XF.. they couldn’t find the problem. And they charge me with diagnoses labour. So I finish work I pick up the car straight home. So I decided to open the trunk cause I forgot my supplements bottle inside the trunk.. all the covers inside the trunk are all strip away not putting back .. I’ve got all pictures and they service was not treated the same with others..
