Called in to look at the Maserati 11.30 ish on Monday. No where to park so drove up into their car storage area. No Maserati salespeople just a very nice young man who could not sell Maserati. Another salesman hovering with a client waiting for his service to be done. This client sang the praises of Maserati but looked sheepish about the $1200 [over 2 years he hastily added] service costs. We were very keen to do business when the electric or hybrid versions come out as the Coupe I was looking at only does 15.5l/100km. When I asked about the timing for the electric versions talked about online the salesman said the Italians are notoriously unreliable whereas BMV are not. No one asked me my name or took a phone number for follow up. No one had answered the email details I had posted on their online site either. At the very least the missing salespeople should have been texted with instructions to return pronto, but no action was taken. No apologise, no business.

Never answer the phone, very slow service, had to ask for a coffee while I waited for service, very under staffed and they have no time for you. Not very professional and would get better service from Toyota. I wish I could rate it at zero

Update: Paul G. from Winger Maserati promptly contacted me and sorted my key situation and apologised - appreciate the follow-up and addressing the issue finally. Glad its sorted! ------------- Don't like negative reviews but apart from the car I purchased here I am disappointed with the customer service here. I have been a Winger customer for 6 years now, buying many Subaru vehicles from Greenlane - now at Winger Maserati after purchasing my 2013 Mercedes Benz E63 - I am still waiting for Andy to give me a new spare key which was promised as well as my documentation for my mechanical warranty. The car had a battery fault after a few weeks which was fine (as this is common I find in euro cars) - I asked them to sort it, they were going to get back to me - heard nothing so did it myself, they DID come to the party and reimburse - but that took only 2 months to receive! The issue here is time. If something needs to be done SORT it or say 'Sorry just busy but this will be done by THIS date.'... The car is fantastic, delivery and presentation by the staff was fantastic, showroom is awesome BUT once your paid up and out the door they don't give a toss. Do NOT buy here if you want good old fashion customer service - i'd never run my business like this. I've emailed, called and even text Andy multiple times - and no response.

Had a part ordered from Italy under insurance for my Grancab. Due to a staff member leaving I was not informed (as told I would be) that it had arrived so over 3 months later I finally had her booked in to get done.. I turned up and was promptly told (I don’t need to mention names, you know who you are) it could not be done as I did not have paperwork. I said you must have paperwork also - it’s an insurance repair. β€œNo, it’s been too long we don’t have it anymore β€œ (like this is my fault!) Fortunately the calm, cool head of Mr Wong placed a call to Vero and it was all sorted in 3-4 minutes. Great β€œCan do” attitude! The repair was done efficiently and tidily- I have no issue with the quality of workmanship. Just need to work on customer attitude with some of the team. And then to top it off I was left about 300mm to get into my car it was parked so close to the other car and wing mirrors would have clashed has I opened door fully

Went to purchase a car from Winger Maserati today and after I inspected the car I asked to take it for a test drive only to be told No by the sales guy because he said it was too much effort and was too hard for him to do. The cars are polished the customer service is not.

Walked in genuinely looking for my next car purchase. Felt unwelcoming and the staff, especially the guy I talked to with the glasses was very unhelpful. Gave off a very arrogant and annoyed vibe of my presence and had to force himself to answer questions about my queries. Will not be doing business here. Good cars but will look elsewhere until the manager gives the staff a smack on the head and teaches them how to handle customer service.

Service and staff are rude. They judge you before they come and speak with you. You just lost a sale for your arrogance. Perhaps learn from Euromarque Christchurch how to service and looking after people. Sadly have to see their faces in order to get my car serviced, otherwise wouldn't recommend to buy anything from there. Thumbs down Maserati auckland

Walked in and literally purchased a Maserati Granturismo . David, Chris and Paul easy going guys and made it easy for us . Highly recommend the car and service
