★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been waiting for a Woll frypan for 4 months. No communications. Incredibly slow replies to any inquiries, both from the company directly and their delivery provider. I have owned Woll before. Great products, but abysmal service. Unfortunately 'no stars' is not an option for rating.

Unfortunately you delivered the wrong pan. Now you want me to take it to a parcel collection depot (not being collected from me). I have been requested to leave a note inside the pan with my name, order number and reason for the return. All too hard. Le Creuset, here I come. I wonder how hard it will be to get a refund:(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our third Woll pan. We love the performance. Our first frying pan developed some flaws on the cooking surface after 12 months, and the team at Woll examined it and then replaced it. We just bought a second, smaller pan, and this time we will not heat it too quickly. Fingers crossed they will both last us for years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased one medium frying pan from this company and within the year had a complete set of pans and pots. We use them everyday and love the cooking experience. Last night for an unknown reason one of the glass lids shattered whilst in the oven, after a photo and email requesting information if this was normal we were informed within half an hour it was not and that a new lid had been dispatched free of charge. Quality service and quality product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Using my new 24cm non stick Woll skillet has filled me with regret… so many wasted years without this pan in my life!!! It’s a dream to use. Love the solid ‘click’ when replacing the handle.. engineered like a German luxury car. But mostly love being able to use high heat for searing, like a cast iron skillet without the weight or mess. Was easy to order, came quickly, minimal packaging.

We got in touch with Woll & they very quickly organised a replacement. Thanks to the Woll team for being sorting this out with no hassles. We love this pan and are looking forward to using it with confidence again ?
