★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to let them know abt my obligations and i drived all the way from home early in the morning and the front desk wasnt busy though but she told me go and call and make an appointment when i come there u r supposed to make me an appointment i dont need to go back home so irritating.
And im callin since the morning now it is allmost 11 i have been in hold for hours

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attended WINZ Westgate with dread (past experiences with WINZ Henderson have been extremely unpleasant/challenging).
However I was greeted by a lovely young lady on the front desk (Wilhelmina), she was very pleasant, engaged in casual conversation, and made me feel as though my visit mattered.
Thank you Wilhelmina for being the person you are, and making my day brighter for having met you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast friendly service!! Double checked my paperwork so I wouldn't have to come back and then after a phone check in had me discover that my green card expired I went back in and they got me a new one straight away no problem! I always feel bad for how WINZ staff are treated! The Westgate staff are all super amazing!
