★ ★ ★ ★ ★ when you're on the dole, they push you to find work. e.g. attend useless job seminars week after week and having to find employment yourself, which is hard if you have no support, like myself. so pretty much going round and round and round in circles for nothing. the government have millions of dollars so they should have contact's to hook jobseekers up with employment to get them off the dole. but no, I guess they just want to save money and spend it on stupid stuff like a new flag, which failed LMAO. and their call centre is absolutely appaling, spending 1 hour plus holding for a representative (most likely an asian or Punjabi) and listening to stupid reminders to 'do this' or 'do that' online. hello? not everyone may not have the internet!
so yeah, just like any other government agency, they're all the same. useless and good at f king people over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hold ever. Hard to hear then stops to tell you that everbody is unavailable and to keep holding the line. Like what else am I going to do. Also they need to get there stories straight one person tells you something then the other tells you something completely different.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor lady at reception was exhausted looking but friendly and keen to listen and help. The mood in this building is always quite somber and feels a bit like a prison with all the security guards strutting around. Would it hurt to make the place a little more welcoming? Some music or houseplants or something?
