★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried several times to send money and they haven’t approve my account details, even tho they recibe my ID, there supposed to be a place where I can go (apparently) but it doesn’t exist. Nobody answers the phone, is just Impossible to contact them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service in NZ - i sent funds overseas in October 2020 - large amount (unfortunately) and funds have still not been credited or recalled, countless emails sent and same email (automated) advising that they are working on it and will get back to me shortly.
These guys are thieves - day light robbery and since they do not have a branch presence they can get away with it.
PLEASE BE WARE - your hard earned money can be lost.
Never would i use the service - if i could give a negative rating i would be glad to do so! Lost my hard earned money!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. I would not recommend using World Remit. I tried several to send money and they haven’t approve my account details, even though they received my ID, photo verification and bank statement. They are supposed to provide quick money transfer but it's just a trick. I had to cancel the transfer and it is taking forever to get back my money. When I make a call to discuss this with the customer service (they all seem to be from India even if you are from another country), they are not helpful at all. It is impossible to contact any one with correct info. I would not recommend using this if you ask me. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worldremit doesn't have a contact phone number in New Zealand my sister sent money to their bank account by mistake and we couldn't get a contact number. We need to contact New Zealand Ministry of internal affairs/business to take action Nz Worldremit.
