Transition was easy and simple. over the following 2 years of renting with xclusive, things were simply simple. great comms, when something broke all I needed to do is let them know and it was repaired within 1 to 2 business days. the handyman they had at the time was a lovely elderly man. I cleaned the property upon leaving and had the carpets done professionally. No additional 'cleaning fees' were raised against me afterwards, which was great.
so thanks to the staff.
If I had to rent again, xclusive would be my first choice.

When our dishwasher broke they organised a repair very fast which was much appreciated. Everyone in the team was really nice as well. Overall it was a great experience and we would recommend them.
