There was no care.
My house key was IRRESPONSIBLY left in a box on the premise.
It got stolen YET I was not informed until the house got burgled, and the police told me.
BEWARE!!!

I understand the need to respect the tenant as they are living in the Landlord's property but it is their home. Taia and Kerry did nothing but look after the security of my tenants home while always looking after my asset through clear advice on maintenance and repairs. I absolutely valued their ability of reviewing prospective tenants and then straight forward approach to the reality of investing to save.
