★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 说是手扯面却给我黄面？Ordered the hand pulled noodles with lamb soup for takeaway. Opened the container when i got home and turns out they just gave me those yellow noodles that you can literally buy from the supermarket??? It’s so obvious it’s not the hand pulled noodles. I don’t understand why they did this. Not only did they give me store bought noodles, the broth was tasteless like it was watered down. Very disappointing. The Xi’An Food Bar in the CBD was 1000x better than this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a regular here for 5 years and my go to order is #25 with extra braised pork meat. The last handful of times I've been here nowadays, has been disappointing to say the least. It's bland, no chicken seasoning/salt on the noodles like the original recipe. Not only that, the broth was so watery and no cabbage. No love put into it at all, because it doesn't taste like how it used to. I'm assuming this franchise in Dominion road has new management because I don't see the old staff operating the restaurant anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a quick meal here on a Monday evening. This is a self order cafe minimal service. Cheap meals and tasty. Also fast delivery of food. But no hot water night we went and cutlery was in short supply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got the hand pulled noodle soup with seaweed and veges. It was a little watery and bland to be honest. The only veges in there aside from seaweed were a bit of cabbage, and spring onion? Hopefully a more flavourful broth would be an improvement for future customers. A generous portion for the price

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great xian braised beef noodle and cold side dish w beef and tripes. The prices are very reasonable with great portion. The food has never failed with great texture of chewy noodle and marinated beef. The chili oil also packed with flavour..not spicy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time trying Xian style food. The cold noodles are a winner here. The chilli oil sauce was impressive and not too hot. The lamb burger was unique, best paired with a soup on the side since it's a bit dry if had by itself. The lamb chunks had good cumin flavor + other spices. Pretty unique and worth trying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always an absolute winner! I am properly obsessed with the stretched noodles and how they vary in thickness and length. Sometimes you can even get a little nub where the chef’s finger held it while stretching! Thoroughly impressed with the flavour too - definitely not hot spicy but a nice chilli oil flavour and yummy garlic hit ?✨
