The quantity is very good for the amount and is reasonable. And they keep it very clean and even the washroom too?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got some takeaway vege dumplings. Super soft and cloud-like. The spinach/silverbeet and mushroom filling was lightly seasoned. Great vegetarian /vegan option here! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and tasty Shanghainese food. I love their Xiao Lun Bao, pan fried bao and veggie bao. Also they have pan fried pearl bao which I haven’t seen it in other restaurants in Auckland yet. Not many Shanghainese restaurants are offering dim sum and baos at dinner time in Auckland nowadays. This is the one that keeps their full menu from lunch to dinner. It may not be 100% authentic and more close to Yang Zhou favours but it’s close enough for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the whole dining experience was not bad. Portion size and price are both reasonable, staff are helpful. the taste is close to shanghainese, but it might not be an authentic shanghainese restaurant. reclmmend the shanghainese cloudy pork soup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have an amazing range of dishes available. This time i had to restrict myself to a simple pork wonton soup. A good flavour and some really tasty small wontons. Much easier to eat than the typical large wontons.
I'll be back to try out some of the other tasty items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with friends last night. Food and service was superb. Ordered Prawn Kung Pao , pepper chicken, pork dumplings, sour and spicy soup, vegetable fried rice.
The lady serving us was very helpful and friendly.
It’s a tidy place with an A grade rating. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mid-aged woman (owner?) with glasses kept smacking flies right next to our table. Also, no customers were asked to scan their vaccine passes - serious risks to our hygiene and health.
Flavours of the food were too salty and full of MSG - needed to drink tones of water.
The scallion noodles were totally different from the picture and when we asked the same woman why there were no dried shrimps as in the picture, she pointed at us and began to raise her voice/yell to the point that the whole restaurant was quiet. A great way to treat customers and shut us up as obviously we won't talk back when the whole restaurant is looking at us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for dinner on weeknight. There were 6 other customers. Service was pretty good. People were friendly. Ratings out of 5... order to delivery - 5 pretty quick ... food taste and flavour - 4 .... price - 4
We had the signature xiao long bao... 8 buns per crate
Eggplant dish, sweet sour pork, vegetarian siu mai bun - 4 per crate, prawn with salted egg, duck and garlic cucumber.
