★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was tasteless - the only flavour I can taste is sweet. The deep fried cumin squid was far from deep fried - more like stir-fried sugary squid ring! I thought I order the wrong dish! And then the mushroom and cucumber salad- it is so sad that the cucumber salad didn't have tasty dressing. I had to put chilly oils and vinegar on top of the cucumber salad ( yes there was literally no mushrooms in it) . Shame that you screw such a simple dish. The dumpling is like the ones you bought from the supermarket. Again - the skin and the filling was separate and no taste but sweet. We will never ever come back again. New Flavour used to be a very good dumpling house but it went down so badly - so sad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This WAS my favourite place before today.I bought takeaway from here for the first time,ordered chicken fried noodles ,got absolutely no chicken only noodle and it was the smallest portion Iv ever seen.Coming from a hard days of work you just want good food and i really was disappointed and slept hungry today.
No takeaways from you and no coming to your store anymore.
AND this isn't the first time they have done this ,we dinned in 2 other times where the fried noodles hardly had a piece of chicken and tiny portions .Not worth the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was good. But very expensive!! $7 corkage per person I think it too much. On top of that, they charge extra if you want fried/steam/soup dumplings. I just think it a bit too much and food it’s average -
Hope you could re consider your prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurant closes late, ordered the sweet and sour crispy pork and the sauce tasted artificial, would not recommend. Sizzling beef had far too much onion and less beef. Their dumplings was the only dish i liked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would recommend checking your take away before leaving the place. They gave me what looks to be a half portion for $22….. I also rang and all he could say was “sorry that’s how it is”. Would try somewhere else if I were you…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the pork belly Bao. But it's mini now than before. Dumplings are overcooked and splited. Seaweed and egg soup is quite salty. Overall, food tastes not bad.

The customer service was just ok. Now they are always busy and tend to forget the orders.
You go and get your own cutlery and plates from a corner.
Food has gone average too...
The food was superb in the past but things change, specially after the pandemic.
Possibly not going back as often as i used to go.
