★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever! Their office is a disgrace, I walked in, yelled out as I could hear someone upstairs, I rang the phone, no answer and then yelled out again before someone responded. They didn't have my rental ready when I arrived, my booking had been cancelled as I'd amended the return time. I dropped off the car on Friday afternoon, I got there about 3:30 for my 4pm drop off, no one was there. I rang and no answer, I messaged, I answer. I rang numerous times. At 4:07, I locked up the car and threw the keys through an open window. I didn't get a reply to my calls/texts until 4:51pm with an excuse of the phone went flat. If a phone is flat, it doesn't ring! Why weren't they there at 4pm for my drop off? Extremely disappointing service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got what we paid for, but unfortunately felt it was a bit of a death trap with dodgy wiper blades and all the rain at the moment. Guy wasn’t to bothered when we drop the car off, just a shame it wrecked our whole trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beginning with booking my rental online and finding a great little car at a fantastic price for a month, through to needing to extend my rental period, being picked up from and dropped back to the airport at the start and end of my holiday, my experience with Yes Rentals was outstanding. I would definitely use them again, and have no hesitation recommending their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efficient service, clean, affordable and reliable car. It was a hybrid so super cheap to fill up. Quick courtesy shuttle to and from Qtn Airport. Highly recommend and would happily use again.

Its affordable and the cars are in really good condition. I will always choose Yes Rental.

The lot was a bit dusty when we got there but hardly the end of the world. In and out rather quickly
Make sure you read the confirmation email, unlike me, as you get picked up and taken to the lot which is about 2 kms from the Airport
Good for budget cars. Had mine for 5 days and drove a bit only needed to fill up with $60 bucks gas. Pretty sure it was some sort of magical car that didn't use gas.
