β β β β β Besides being a made up brand that holds no value and has severely overpriced products, Yu Mei owner Jessie Wong thought it was a good idea to exploit Charlotte Bellis' horrible situation by advertising her terrible products placing ads in "Charlotte Bellis" as the search term. Clearly Jessie Wong is a highly unethical person. DO NOT SUPPORT this brand.

β β β β β This brand is terrible and unethical not what youβd except from an nz brand , i purchased a faulty bag, the leather was peeling all round the side of the bag they took up to three weeks to repair it i just wanted a new not faulty bag as it was 10 days old. This shouldnβt be happening after 10 days They have such lack of communication they didnβt even notify me to go ahead with the repair and felt completely in the dark as a consumer. For NZ business literally never buy from them there are much cheaper and better quality bags. I requested a refund under the NZ CGA as this bag was faulty but they said they found no fault and they rejected my request. I picked up my βrefurbishedβ bag and there were loose threads all over the bottom of the bag and the bag look like it hand just been painted over and you can still see where the leather was peeling off. Not what youβd except paying 800, will be settling this in the disputes tribunal
