★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't use partpay as they penalise you for paying off your debt & taking penalty rates. Once paid off they will never lend to you again. Go elsewhere, oxipay, genoapay, laybuy... all reputable places. Partpay is a bit of a ripoff in penalties too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been with Zip(Part Pay) for quite a while and would like to say it has made it so much easier to purchase much needed items and pay them off in installments. The great thing is if you pay off in time you get a larger credit limit (which you do not have to use if your funds are limited). It also helps when you are on a budget as you already know how much you'll be paying back and when it will come out of your bank and you have 2 weeks to save for the next payment!. They also send reminders of upcoming payments which is great for me as I sometimes get forgetful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been told we owe money to this company but we have never used it and didn't even know it existed. They obviously do not do a thorough identification check when they open accounts which enables fraud!! No one is answering the phone. We will be contacting the police.

Apparently they have sent to my email address and no new messages have come up in my inbox nor has it showed up in my junk email or others. So how am I suppose to make payments online. Do they even answer their phone? Also do they really penalise you? I know laybuy do if you dont contact them when you cant make a payment. they penalise you for every time you miss out a payment. Even when you contact them giving them a reason. Legitimate reason.Also afterpay is probably the better option I figured.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well i was late on a few payments and called to let them know my situation and they said all should be fine we'll sort something but after paying off everything (which was under $100) then pretty much deleted me off their system. I get that they can delete my account and what not but at least give me a call to let me know properly instead of keeping my bank and other details and just leaving me hanging. Thumbs down for you guys with a middle finger added. Layt

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have NEVER had a ZIP account. Someone swiped my Driver's License details - used fake address, fake email and fake phone number. ZIP approved their account. Now I am stuck with a bad credit score as it took a while for the debt collectors to reach me! (because of all the wrong details provided by the scammer)
Have filed a police report and working with the debt collectors to get my credit score sorted.
I have never seen such irresponsible lending practices. At least do the bare minimum and verify who your client is! I will be contacting Fair Go in the new year
