★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we went to laser tag and they were running EXTREMELY late. we booked for 8 they let us in at 8:30 but we couldn’t go and we missed our bus. terrible service. the floors are slippery. the tables have green juice on them. the bowling was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went today and had a group bowling. All good apart from the fans making the lights flash overhead while waiting for my turn to bowl. Facilities cleaning tidy but it was hot in there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad customer service. Last time we arrived for booked laser tag session. We didn’t know where it is,arrived 5 mins later,nervous,asked on the main resection where to go for booked laser tag. The lady was explaining us marketing information for another 15 mins instead of direct us straight to the laser tag.
Today,we went there again just to ask general information for my son who wants celebrate birthday there. The same lady on the reception told us: go to the website all the information there. She also said we are not allowed to bring any food incl birthday cake for 9 y o child, “because we sold cakes here” she said. What’s a stupidity!

Tip...follow on fb to see when they do double deal days. You can spend cash here very easily!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The arcade was a lot of fun. Most of the staff were really onto it but a couple looked like they were a bit lost some times. A couple games we tried jammed or didn't work which was a little annoying but a staff member was a le to fix what they could and were really good about refunding our money for the games that fritzed out on us.
Would definitely go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb birthday party for our 7yo boy. 2 hours of fun - 2 games of laser tag, decent sized kids meals, ability to bring own cake and decorations, 40 ish minutes of video games, a personal birthday host (staff member) - all for $37 per kid. Really good value for money!

The kids had an amazing time, we had a lovely hostess taking the kids through different activities and asking them about their lunch preference. The kids also had bonus points and chose a gift at the end of the party. Food was great, staff were amazing, timely and friendly
