★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the 250 jackpot of tickets on their Full Tilt machine. Only the tickets didn't print and they don't have any staff walking around to help. Really disappointed in their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent video arcade with tonnes of games to play by yourself or with friends and family. All the classics from air hockey,car racing,gun shooters,claw games,street fighter,prize machines and much more. Great customer service by the staff on duty, I had a coin jam on me and the guy helped me out with no hiccups or discrimination. Situated in Albany Westfield, inside the Event cinema's. Heaps of free car parking and games range from $1 - $2.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A game arcade in a shopping mall. Majority of games are either prize and ticket games, which are generally available in other arcades (around 40cabinets of ticket/prize games available). It’s kinda rare to see “Let’s go Jungle” and “Razing storm”, but Time crisis3 is no longer available unfortunately. Generally most of players handle the cabinets roughly, which is possibly why some cabinets are not in good condition.
Hopefully they will bring more games other than ticket games.
