Great communication from zoom pharmacy notifying me that my order would take a extra few days as they had a lot of orders but that was no worry. Still arrived fast. Very happy with the service and will definitely use zoom again .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery service appreciated, especially during lockdowns. Lots of packaging. Dubious about overnight delivery of my insulin in spite of there being some iced gel packs surrounding it. These were frequently totally thawed by the time the delivery reached me and while not warm, not cold either.
After a delivery automatically arriving one time whilst I was away, I stated that I would contact Zoom, in a timely manner, for each delivery.
Their robot cannot cope with this and again delivered an unsolicited order, again, whilst I was away.
I've since jumped through hoops , with messages being ignored. Probably because I ignored their initial messages. I was at sea, very limited communication in remote Bay of Islands locations. My insulin is vital to my health.
I'm treated as if I am incapable of managing my requirements, too overprotective

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't get hold of them, you have to leave messages. Contacted Monday to say urgently send pain meds (Prescription) as out completely. Will do they said. Got email on Wednesday after leaving another message, to say oh, was out of stock on one, will send out soon, and that was it.
No offer to go elsewhere, aged mum been in pain since Friday now...and how many more days to go? Not impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zoom open 9am -5.30pm Mon - Fri!!!!!! My wife's GP prescribed urgent Covid meds Friday for my wife with Zoom. They were not delivered and we had the weekend worrying about my wife's health. My wife's GP could have sent script to my wife's usual pharmacy who are open 7 DAYS A WEEK and we would have been able to get meds from them Sat. If you need urgent meds get the script sent to your usual pharmacy.

We will not be using Zoom Pharmacy again as there are now much better online pharmacies to choose from that are more focused on helping their customer's.
