★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The MOST useless pharmacy I have ever come across in New Zealand.
They can’t even answer a call and their excuse from other stores is that they’re short staffed yet you go into the chemist and their staff are doing nothing.
The regional manager is just as useless and can’t even make a phone call to remedy a complaint.

Still not arrived. Have phoned .. answer phone and then cut off. Emailed ... no reply.
According to tracking the order has been sitting at NZ Post in South Auckland for over a week.
In a further twist the tests are now priced online at $29.99
Do not recommend - non existent customer service.
Update: Order finally arrived. Shame about the price though

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a lovely shopping experience with Raylene who was super smart, friendly and helpful- despite being the only person on checkout. To manage the substantial queue of customers she used two tills at the same time so we wouldn’t have to wait so long! Most efficient and dedicated!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to look specifically for a product which said was in stock on their website at St Luke’s branch, but couldn’t find it anywhere.
Asked the lovely Raylene at the counter for help and she found it within minutes!! (Hidden behind other products)
Thanks Raylene!!! That was my 2nd trip to hunt down this product so you saved me a lot of frustration and online order delays!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely place to be shopping in . Noticed big queues at the check out . I waited for 15 minutes. Just one lady behind the counter serving. Raylene her name I think . Lovely attitude but was exhausted . She was running back and forward to each counter . She rang the bell two times for assistance but no staff came . And there were about 13 people waiting
Just like to acknowledge her hard work amongst management .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to pick up a click and collect at 6:30 pm on a weekday and there was only one person at the till and a long line of customers. She was working as fast as she could but it does not seem fair to the employees to put them under so much pressure. Surely, an operation the size of Chemist Warehouse in a busy location like St. Luke's can afford to keep two people at the checkout and still make a decent profit.
