★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s such worse experience at balmoral pharmacy today.I just been for Covid vaccination walk-in I called them and they yes can come anytime before 7:30 pm . When I reached at pharmacy and one of Chinese lady at the counter came outside and asked me to wait.
I been standing out atleast one hour and no called me and lady told me later that she can’t take me up as 2 people already booked for Covid vaccination. I asked her why did you told me to wait and mention in website walking Covid vaccination.
They Chinese lady made argument with me on he counter and just left now without vaccination dose.
Such worse experience and rude customer service . Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a good pharmacy, small but efficient. Pharmacist could speak Chinese which is a bonus for older Chinese immigrants. Now it is mainly a Covid vaccination centre, and I think this place doesn’t really has the right facilities to do so. People are now queueing on dominion road, fully packed of people inside. If you are after prescriptions I’d suggest you don’t go there anymore: you wouldn’t like the air inside. Makes you feel sick by watching a nightclub crowd inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a pregnant woman and I picked up my medicine from your pharmacy 611 dominion road just now. One of your staff's attitude makes me very uncomfortable. She is sitting in the front door besides a desk and wearing cream colour coat. When I want to ask her which queue is for picking up the medicine. She looks angry and interrupted my question and shouted to me twice "stay here". And later she went out again and asked me if I scaned the QR code. She looks very upset to talk with me. When I show my prescription to her, she asked me to go inside straightly but due to my English listening is not good, I didn't get her meaning. So she shouted again to me THREE TIMES to follow the label on the floor. AT that time, all the customers were looking at me and someone are laughing at me, I felt so embarrassed. When I obeyed her suggestion to waiting outside, TWO people jumped the queue and be received by her. These two people all come later than me. But your staff, the lady choose to let them in priority. I was not satisfied with her behaviors especially shouted to me several times. She makes me so sad and I was crying when I turned round from your store. Other staff are good especially the girl who gave me medicine but only the front door lady. I don't think she shouted many times to a pregnant woman or customer is right. My bad mood can also indeed affect the health of my baby. Terrible experience in your store. I think every patient should be treated kindly and respectfully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to pick-up medication and they told me they could not supply it because I had already got it up last month. She then told me, I would have to purchase the medication if I needed it.
This was completely FALSE. The prescription was given last month, but I did not pick it up. When I asked the women to tell me what date I picked up the medication on, she could not find any record of a pick-up. She then rightfully supplied me with my prescribed medication.
I have concerns about the way they record prescription pick-ups. Any person who is not 100% onto it would have had to pay for their medication because this pharmacy seemingly does not keep track of pick-up records. I believe this was an honest mistake, but unfortunately it can come at the expense of the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not helpful communication from one of the vaccinators. Took our two children for vaccination and the vaccinator was more interested in which part of the world parent was from and how common parent’s name was rather than connecting with the children who were sitting for their vaccines. She displayed inpatience and rudeness and it came to a stage where she started pushing and pulling one of our child’s arm. Our little one was quite upset and we had no chose but to leave for another pharmacy in Eden Quarter which is far better than Balmoral pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went today with my daughter for her booster. My daughter felt a bit unwell after the shot and the girl on the chair by the door was super efficient and great and she took us inside and ensured my daughter was lying down till she felt better. Gave her a bottle of water and some sugar as well. Super impressed. Regards Radha
