Room is new and comfy.
Good location.
Only issue was that the bedroom had some lights from the stairs outside which made it very bright at night.
Still highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at 103 Prince of Bealey for 6 nights during this past week. This is our 5th stay in this motel, and the hosts are still incredible. Very welcoming and obliging. We stayed in a one bedroom suite, which has an incredibly comfortable bed, and very generous bathroom with excellent shower facilities. The kitchenette is well appointed, with a full size refrigerator. Double glazing means very little road noise. The apartment is extremely clean and is air conditioned. The situation means the motel is incredibly easy to access, and CBD facilities are an easy commute. Close to shopping. Motel is in walking distance to Southern Cross Hospital, and an easy drive to St Georges Hospital. We will stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my parents stay here while on holiday and upon visiting them here I found that their room had everything they needed and also great location not to far from everything also took a short walk to the Carlton for a few drinks and dinner then walked into the city quite central to everything if u cant be bothered walking just jump on a lime scooter to get around they were out by 930am owners were already outside about to come in and clean their room nice owners thanks guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got relocated here as someone in our original accommodation got covid, really awesome place! Glad in hindsight (: they kindly accommodated out request and added an extra table! And also upgraded us. Disability access room was awesome as there was a seat in the shower which was great. 100% woild reccomened! Photos that they have are nothing compared to the actual thing (neither are mine) but you get the gist
