★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buyer beware , the sales manager Paul Little and sales man Garth are not to be trusted. Especially Garth , I paid for a Ford Ranger that needed a respray on the bonnet, it was done the wrong color and Garth tried to hide the fact it was wrong. They new it was wrong , didn't communicate well , lied and wasted my time. This started out as a positive experience ruined by 2 people who should be fired. I have waited over 2 months for compensation with Paul promising but not delivering. Save yourselves the stress and go elsewhere

He was such a huge assistance in holding the car when i contacted him and ensuring it didn't sell while i sorted my finances . Even with distribution issues right now in covid, He got the var over for me on the day as promised. I would recommend Ryan and the team at tristram to everyone, they treat you like a star if your buying a top of the line luxury car or a hot hatch like mine. It made my first new car experience something special. He's a genuine nice guy and we bonded over our love of guitars and music .
