4 groups of people looking at cars, 1pm sunday, web and door says 5pm close, kid at VW next door said they left at midday. Absolutely legendary effort. Had to go have a shower to get all the carbon off from walking by VW's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took a while to find someone when I first arrived - I mean, there was literally no one around...I could have grabbed some keys and driven off. Once I finally found someone they were very polite and helpful, although less knowledgeable about the car I was looking at than I was! (Naturally I'd done my homework). Will likely still buy the car from there, though! Willingness to assist counts for everything in my book!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really wish they had all models on their yard not just some. Makes it hard when you want to buy a SUV but they have 3 out of the 4 types but the one you want to see is all the way in Pukekohe. Defeats the purpose of having a dealership.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor after sales service. We had to follow up multiple times to find out when our new car would be available. Also there is an issue with my new car which I have contacted them many times to fix. They agree it is an issue but has not been fixed months later.
Update - The Manager at MG has been in contact and a solution has been implemented that mostly resolves the issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The salesman Eric was nice to deal with. He did his best to help us out with what we were after and eventually sold us a vehicle - thank you.
Their finance manager on the other hand, failed in customer service specifically professionalism. She was not kind at all, very ignorant, she exchanged a few words with us that were no where near informative. We’ve never come across such a personality in a field of a customer facing organisation. Be kind and do better. We won’t be visiting this dealership again.
