β β β β β I don't know what to say. I ordered one toyota sai last Friday. Like everyone i also expected some dent or scratches but at the time of delivery i surprised as it was absolutely amazing car with no scratches or anything. Performance wise as well quite comfortable and great experience. All this enquiry and delivery(Palmerston North) happened in 2 business days. Staff was also very helpful.so thankful. Cheers.

β β β β β Had a very poor experience with the sales guy working in the car yard. The guy doesn't know how to talk with the customer and when asking him the question related to the car. he is raising his voice and acting like the questions are useless. when we ask him to lower his voice then he replied he doesn't care what we are asking for. we won't be recommended. Suggestion - it's better to hire someone who can give you good business and happy customers.

β β β β β I do not recommend this place to buy a car ESPECIALLY if youβre applying for finance. Test drove a Mitsubishi Outlander and I noticed that there was a problem with the engine that I got worried and instantly drove back and talked to the sales person. There was a bit of a language barrier since I could tell that English wasnβt their first language but I asked why the engine was making a very loud noise and it was disappointing that all i got was an excuse instead of a clear explanation of why the vehicle was running like that. They had absolutely no idea about what they were doing and kept trying to change the subject when I asked questions about the car. Only wanted me to hurry up and buy.
Yeah nah, very poor maintenance. And i must add - PLEASE PUMP YOUR TIRES. You shouldnβt have people test driving cars with very flat tires, how are you not concerned for the safety of others? Donβt let the looks of the cars fool you. Buying from here is only going to burn your pockets in the long run. Never coming back.

β β β β β I won't recommend them, I bought car recently for 8500 now I have issues with the car. I trusted the dealer didn't check with mechanic. Now I need to spend another 500 to fix this. I'm sure that they know about this issue before selling the car. But they hide from me.
So if you buying a car from them please take your mechanic with you and make sure car is alright, it's very hard to deal with them after sales. I never recommend this delear. Try to buy car from someone else.

β β β β β Please do not buy a car from here if you donβt want to get yourself into trouble!!!
I brought a Swift from the Lower Hutt branch last Friday (04/03/2022). The transmission error code came out just few hours after my purchase. I went to back the shop, the sale person said he doesnβt has any authority to do anything but I can contact the claim team. Claim team asked me to do an inspection in any one of the MTA garages. I was shocked when I get the inspection sheet. This car has more than one problem!!! One of the problems is steering rack play (WOF FAIL), which means this car is unsafety and not road worthy. I don't know how this can get WOF and sell to customers.
And the claim team is very difficult to communicate. They kept ignore my refund requirement. I have been clear in many emails that I do not want repairs carried out but they ordered parts from the garage directly without my permission.
The last contact until now was that the claim team called me on 09/03/2022 with an awful attitude. Never hear from them since then. No Emails No phone calls. I am planning to progress a claim in the Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal with no other choice.
Good luck with your purchase if you insist to buy.

β β β β β REVIEW EDIT/UPDATE (original review done same day I picked up my car before I drove it home)
(updated review)
Love my car still!! It has seat warmers! which I didn't know when I chose car ?? so that was a nice surprise for me.
Rained on the way home, turned on windscreen wipers... Screeeecch & wobble across the screen. Was surprised because was also drizzling when I test drove it 3 days beforehand & the wipers didn't make that sound? Wasn't happy but easy fix.
Can't use the nav system as the screen doesn't work at all, even for the radio, nothing happens when pushing any buttons except AM/FM & volume buttons, but nothing on screen except a green button in an asian language but does nothing when tap on it. Can't use radio either as need band expander to get any stations. Has Aux button option but nowhere to plug in an Aux cord...? ???
No settings to use so ant even change time on the clock ???
Unfortunately started to notice when going around a round-about or even just turning a corner, tail end of car slides & swings out, losing traction almost so I was checking the tyre pressure & had to keep filling tyres with air as they seemed to keep deflating. Was very worried about it because car was only few weeks old (also not safe for myseld or family), so went to my local tyre shop (Bridgestone Tyres). I spoke with owner who informed me car is on a full set of snow tyres which should not be used on NZ roads... so almost $1k for new tyres all round including spare ? Didn't have this sliding issue on the test drive, also different magz/rims on tyres then originally was on test drive.
2cheap cars did not want to discuss this tyre issue at all, or other wee minor things I wouldn't have even mentioned had they been decent & organised new tyres but instead did not respond to requests of fixing the situation at all. After I first told them the issue, they said would call me back shortly but didn't & I was unable to get hold of them again. I even went there to be told noone was there that I could discuss it with? ???
Going through the paperwork i got with car I started to notice discrepancies. Car color was stated as blue but is dark grey. Car was also sent for a WOF & Rego (to get num. plates as hadn't been registered in NZ & pre purchase Inspection or something before I collected (3 days later).. For some reason in that 3 days, the car was sent to Auckland & back for the WOF? From Petone to Auckland... Just for a WOF....?? Odometer reading on car compared to stated Odometer reading on paperwork & odometer reading written on WOF sticker are all different & out by between 20 & 30 thousand kilometres.
And back passenger door when I opened it behind driver side the entire rubber seal around door way just fell down and into the car. 2cheap cars did not want to fix, discuss or even return calls/emails after I told them my concerns.
Anyway almost 2yrs later, I still love my car regardless of the dodgy operation at this car yard I got it from.
Seat Warmers for my butt yeaaaah! ??
