★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in here to buy a screen protector for my phone, but the staff member set it wrong, and told me that it worked. It lasted me less than two hours before it cracked. I had to argue with her to give me my receipt, and she looked at me funny when I asked for the box, so I left without it. Now I live too far from the store to just come in, and I have nothing to send the protector in for replacement.
