1 service 4.5 stars, can get hold of the team member most of time, friendly staff
2. Cost 5 star, have been the most affordable package can be found in the market.
3 reliability 2 stars, the soft phone keep going off Iine, when people call 0800 and it goes to your voice mail directly and you willn’t know who called you. This frustrate your client who may need your service.

Suit for user who start up the business who donot have lots of budget and inbound call, who can check daily to make sure the performance of your 0800 number
