★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in your shop yesterday to look at replacing my fireplace. They guy I talked to was very helpful. I asked about the cost for a permit and he said it was $1000. I expressed my surprise and how expensive that seemed. I was even more suprised when I went to Mitre 10 today and was told the cost of the permit is $480!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience getting our woodburner - they didn't follow their own contract which cost us an extra $400, and would've left us with a non-compliant install if I hadn't gotten the head office involved (who were far more helpful). The whole thing was an expensive, long, shambles. There's a reason why they insist on the entire payment upfront! Definitely look elsewhere before giving your business to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a new fireplace from these guys recently for our beach house. They really know their stuff and the service was fantastic. There was a small issue with the installer (not 4 Seasons' fault) and the staff went out of their way to get it sorted ASAP. We also have a Broil King from them and it's a great BBQ - they arranged assembly and delivery for us - so easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely incredible service!! Dylan was, as others say, outstanding!! He didn't currently have in stock what I was trying to buy, but gave me the best place to buy what I was looking for, and the place with the best price too!!
AND he provided contact phone numbers. Definitely a place I would shop anytime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered, paid good deposit but staff failed to order it as we went back a month-6weeks later to complete payment and pick up but it wasn't there. 4 months on, no contact whatsoever, until i called 22.12.20 to ask why no contact and if it had arrived it was sitting out back. I expressed my concern as when we initially went to pick up there had been no order. I asked them to deliver as we had already paid once for trailer hire from Mobil. They refuse to do so. Poor service all round.
