The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and always go above and beyond to help you met your health and fitness goals (in and outside of the gym setting). I highly recommend others to join this amazing gym and welcoming community!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joining 9Round Dunedin has been the best decision I have ever made for my Hauora! The trainers and community are amazing and I always feel so welcomed and cared for. The workouts are genuinely always fun, interesting and challenging and I love the sense of achievement at the end of every workout. The 30 minutes always flies by, which makes working out feel so much more manageable, even on tiring and stressful days. Thank you so much to Larna and the team for your expertise and attentiveness!! I feel the fittest and strongest I have ever felt - not to mention the huge improvement to my mental health that I have also experienced since becoming a part of your wonderful community. I’m so grateful for that and I can’t recommend you highly enough!
