★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our washing machine had broken down. Charles came around and diagnosed it was something that would need looking at in their workshop. Provided a loan machine there and then, took our machine away and then provided a quote once they had diagnosed the issue. Reasonably priced and great service. Easy payment via EFTPOS. Will definitely use again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with the service provided by this company that even 1 star is too generous. We had a guy come in to look at our oven and after "fixing" we had been given 1 year warranty. The issue was not resolved as the oven started playing up again and though the oven was still under warranty we were told that the warranty was invalid and we would have to pay for inspection and any further work that was required.
