It has some of the best views over the lake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful property with a stunning view out over the lake. Neil and Stephanie took great care of us and made us feel exceptionally welcome. It’s a small property and I’m so glad I booked in advance.
Would highly recommend and would definitely return if travelling in the area again.

Hosted by the kindest and most industrious owners this venue is more than a place to lay your head, it is to experience very fine views form your bed, entrancing vistas across the lake and former volcanic caldera from your own glass balustraded balcony and to delight in the evening canapes and drinks with fellow guests and your hosts. A very well appointed and spotless room awaits all guests and the location, views, architecture and breakfasts provided can not be overstated. A wonderful experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely happy with our stay at Acacia Cliffs Lodge, the hospitality and room was incredible. Booked when it was raining for the weekend and couldn't think of a more perfect place to be cosy with an amazing view. Food was also divine and accompanied perfect with their range of wine. Was really impressed with the lodge and it's amenities, is also really well situated for easy travel into the town but just the right amount away to be extremely quiet and relaxing.
We will definitely be coming back for another stay in the future, Thanks again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location, fabulous service and wonderful hosts with a great breakfast. A beautiful serene part of Taupo but still close enough to town. The home and furnishings are 1st class.
Will definitely be back. Could not fault anything.
