★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a navy blue skort which faded terribly after 1 month. I have washed it carefully, dried it inside out and it has not had hard wearing. Very poor quality fabric. I will think twice about paying full price for uniforms here. Same feedback from another parent at school.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful staff who offered great advice and personalised service. Displays are attractive and the place is easy to get around and well labeled and signposted. Products are pircier than the no-name brand things you can get in discount stores, but are well fitting and durable, and come with the school emblems on them.
Main door is narrow but has ramp access for wheelchairs / mobility aids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could I rate them a zero I would but unfortunately I cannot! The managing director Sally (Palmerston north) has just given me the most APPALLING customer service. Somehow the matter of them not being able to supply my children with their sizes has become MY problem. It's unfortunate for us that they are the only supplier for our childrens uniforms otherwise I wouldnt have a bar of them!!
