★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this shop - so much variety for gifts!! I saw a necklace that I wanted to buy my mum as a present. I took a photo and asked mum if she like it. When I went back to buy it, it had gone!! :( :( I showed the photo to the lovely lady at the counter, she took my details and said she would call if they could find it and order it in for me. I got a phone call less than a week later to say the necklace had arrived and they'd put it aside for me. SUCH AMAZING SERVICE and I am very grateful. Would definitly recommend this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in Australia and I recently sent a gift to family in Auckland from Acquisitions. They were just amazing! The postage was quick and they wrapped it up so beautifully, removed all of the price tags and attached a lovely personalised card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was not very happy today - I came to this shop at 8.55 and the shutters was closed and lights off. I urgently needed to buy something as I dont have this shop where I come from and was flying out Auckland in the morning ?
I still was so tempted standing outside and decided to call the shop at 8.59 pm hoping if the shop did close early - to my surprise a lady answered the call
I asked her what time shop close she said 9.00pm - surprising the lights switched on
I said it’s 9.00 pm now - she replied she has to go home !!!
I explained her my situation and she seemed like not interested but busy getting ready to go home - ok understand !
What surprised me is she said they close the till at 8.50pm and she can’t help me
It’s the managers decision and managers leave at 5 pm !!!!
Maybe the shop needs to close at 8.50 ???
Really gutted and very unhappy ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to buy the gifts, souvenir's for people from all age group. It's a big shop so varieties options to choose from. The shop items keep changing throughout the year which is a good thing. The only downside is that all the products are expensive but of good quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi l bought a buddha fountain and was not happy as its was faulty so have to go back and return and they gave me another one. the sales girl was so route with me and she started yelling on me that some part was missing , which l told what ever was there l got, but being a customer service it was really unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for the first time recently wanting to get some decor stuff for our home and ended getting other stuff too (to gift others as a present). What a gem this place is! Lots of really nice & cool personalized gift ideas to give to family (dad, mom, sister, aunt, daughter, etc) and friends. One of the items I bought as a gift, staff also helped me wrapped it nicely, at no charge. Cool items and great service! Really impressed
