β β β β β I have had a query regarding a gift card I received via Gift station. I have called the customer service number 3 times and have was asked to send an email. When I told them that I have already sent an email I was told to send another email which I have done and still haven't received a response. I have even tried to contact them via their Facebook site but in vain. In the meanwhile I am unable to make any purchases.

β β β β β Do not trust this company. I ordered a gift card online from them 4 days ago and they took my money and gave no card. Then I called the number for the company and got told I had to send an email. In the mean time my child didn't get his birthday present and still hasn't.
Two days later I have received no response to my email and called again and got told to email again.
I call it theft.
Never again.

β β β β β Got a movie gift card which has balance but nowhere to apply on HOYTS cinema website. Gift station website has listed it as a place where it can be used. No clear instructions on the gift station website too. Waste of time

β β β β β Got a subway gift station card. It says that it can be redeem at any subway store. Indian girl at Lunn Ave Auckland store saw it while making our rolll and said that they will not accept. Take it up with gift station. Had to pay cash for our purchase. Scam! Don't buy!!

β β β β β Brought a physical card online and when it arrived it was damaged along the scanner strip. When I rang up to see what I could do about getting a replacement I was sent on a wild goose chase filling out forms online to no end result.
Definite scam company.

β β β β β Paid for a skinny top up through gift station and still haven't received my voucher number. I paid via bank transfer and have been waiting since 2:59pm on the 26/11/2022
I don't get how it takes longer than 24 hrs for an email to be sent regarding the voucher number.
I have sent countless emails and even rang the number but its out of order doesn't fit right with me.

β β β β β I had to unlock the prezzy card to use it.
There was a bug in their website that enabled me to unlock it.
I called customer care they asked me to use an alternative option on their website to Activate the card instead.
For this information, they charged me $1.50 from my card, even after agreeing that there was a system issue.
Further to that, there were errors in registering my second card.
