★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the best gym I've gone to. Great atmosphere and great staff (especially Jax who has become my main warm up partner pictured below); when your going for a heavy single, pretty much the whole gym will cheer you on. It has something for pretty much any age group with a main focus on powerlifting and/or athleticism. It's also awesome having the combat sports like kick boxing and Brazilian jiu-jitsu happening that you can join into if you want (Fabio will get you lights out faster then you can tap out). I can easily spend hours here, though alot of that is chatting. In short, top gym, would recommend ?.

The supermums class is awesome for getting back into fitness after having a baby, and is so so convenient that they have a nanny to look after bubs during the class! No excuses to get to the gym now, plus bubs loves the playtime!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a member here for 4 years now and I still love it everyday. I love the group sessions that they provide. The trainers are awesome and they seem to really make sure that they enforce an environment that is positive and a real community vibe. It really is more than just a gym , it's where I go to train with my now mates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent atmosphere for training! The owner is genuine, friendly and always encouraging every member to push hard. Love the family culture that exists in the gym, unlike any other, which adds to the quality of one's training experience. Everyone is supportive, whether you're just starting out or have known the sport for years. Fantastic environment to grow your potential.
Only been here for a month and I'm really glad I joined the team! Rate it very highly and couldn't recommend anything better.
