1.2 All members/participants in the Linen Lovers program must be residents of Australia or New Zealand.
1.3 Adairs Linen Lovers membership purchased in New Zealand can be used at any Adairs store in New Zealand and at adairs.co.nz Adairs Linen Lovers membership purchased in Australia can be used at any Adairs, Adairs Kids, Adairs Outlet, Urban Home Republic store in Australia and at adairs.com.au.
1.4 To be eligible for Linen Lovers member benefits and exclusive offers instore you must identify yourself as a Linen Lovers member before purchase by presenting your Linen Lovers card. If you are unable to present your Linen Lovers card, proof of identity is required by providing your phone number or email address to verify against your membership account.
1.5 The Linen Lovers card is issued by and remains the property of Adairs Retail Group and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
1.6 Any discount vouchers issued either at joining or throughout the membership period are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If discount voucher terms and conditions are not adhered to, Adairs Retail Group reserves the right to cancel the customers Linen Lovers membership at any time.
1.7 Discounts do not apply to purchase of gift cards (physical or electronic) or bonus offers.
1.8 Adairs Retail Group reserves the right to change or modify the terms of membership at any time without prior written notice and withdraw the card at any time. Adairs will make all reasonable efforts to communicate changes using such methods including, but not limited to the Adairs eNewsletter and the Adairs website.
1.9 *The Welcome Voucher will be emailed to you within 48hrs and is valid on your next purchase over $50 at adairs.com.au or any Adairs, Adairs Kids, Urban Home Republic or Adairs Outlet stores. Voucher cannot be used for payment of laybys and is valid for 30 days from date of issue. Limit of one Welcome voucher per Linen Lovers member for single use only. Email must be presented for in-store redemption along with corresponding Linen Lovers membership card. β β β β β I ordered a few online items on 3rd June and didn't know there was a delayed delivery until I received the email stating that the order could take up to 19 days business days to arrive. I was extremely disappointed as I could have gone instore to get the items sooner as I needed it as a gift for someone leaving the country.
Luckily a lady reached out to me on Facebook on 17th June to let me know that she received my order and asked if I had received hers, which I had when I checked later that day. She was located an hour away from me and offered to swap the items which meant a 3 hour trip for her as she didn't want to wait any longer for Adairs to sort out the error.
We both love shopping at Adairs but the ridiculous run around with delayed deliveries, incorrect deliveries as well as having to pay for shipping was a really disappointing experience for us both.

β β β β β I love Adairs, and have been a fan since I lived in Aus. The styles, range and quality is great. I always buy the pure cottons sheets and duvet covers and they wash well. On trend, and with the loyalty programme and frequent sales really well priced. the furniture and rugs are my favourite: stylee and often a bargain to be had. Watch bedding sizes though, may need to go up if between sizes.

β β β β β Placed an order on the 9th of September then being advised up to 19 business days delay which was fine. Then get a email on the 17th of September stating up to 19 days delay, still no shipment. I send adairs an email on 23 September and no response. I send adaira an email again on 29 september and no response Then I get a email from adairs on the 1st of October with another customers details. I contact adairs on facebook 1st of October and no response. No email regarding my shipment. Terrible service!! Can someone get in touch with me asap I want to cancel my order

β β β β β I had the worst point of sales experience in retail ive ever had now the store at sylvia park only had 3 customers at the time i waiting 20mins or more to pay for my product in the end i put down and walked out of the store the best your staff can do is say be with you very soon or say sorry for keeping you waiting instead nothing not even eye contact your staff need learn better customer service

β β β β β I could not wait to finally have the opportunity to explore the store, without kids in tow. I could not fault the layout, the endless options of linen, cushions, storage ,stunning!
I visited the store on Thu 5/8 around 7pm, walked in and made a bee line for the cushions, moved on over to the white duvet covers - l was after a set for my teenage daughter. I would have been in the store for about 10mins at that stage and I wasn't approached once to ask if I needed a hand or greeted by a staff member it would of been an easy feat considering the store was almost empty maybe only 5 people in total.
I was quite prepared to buy a few items and decided against it, customer service (rather lack of) was terrible - I ended up at Bed Bath and Table
