β β β β β Tried to swap a pair of shoes I got for my sons birthday to a different size - not asking for money back just a quick size swap on a brand new still in the box shoes and manager was rude and wouldnβt even look at exchanging - would not recommend buying from here if you are purchasing for someone else they wonβt exchange!! Rude manager

Wanted to purchase an item in stock however itβs boxed up in storage and no one including the store manager could access - had to wait for their so called βstockistβ to return to work and was also refused a rain check. Came back 5 days later andβ¦.itβs still in that box?!!! Adidas Westgate - youβve obviously lost the plot as this is opposite of retailing.
Floor staff were polite and tried their best to help - 2 stars!

A very nice guy helped me find the best running shoes Iβve ever worn. He was very knowledgeable and super friendly. Thank you guys for such an awesome experience.
