The ease and professionalism of solving my difficult parking problems were dissolved on the spot.I cant thank her and the team enough!
Parking is very safe and very clean. The gentle reassurance that not only would my parked vehicle be secured but that the shuttle to and from the terminals would arrive on time.They know their roads well and how to avoid the Infamous Auckland Airport traffic buildup. A Stress free riding experience.
I highly recommend AEROPARKS Excellent service,Excellent people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service.. we waited for 1 hour to be picked up after numerous calls...most customers were getting frustrated and a few had arguments with the driver due to their family in wheel chair got the seat and they couldn't accompany her because there was no space in the shuttle...that was so sad to see and when we reached their depot, the lady at the reception said they have only 2 drivers and lots of pick-ups..well that's not our problem, we pay to get prompt service..the wait in the cold weather especially when children accompany you, is very hard to manage..definitely not booking them again...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trip to airport no problem but when you come back after 15 hours or so on a plane you want your transport to be readily available and given they are minutes from the airport that is not much to ask.
I rang to be collected and was advised a driver is on the way. After 35 or 40 minutes I rang again. Sorry seems to have been an issue I will contact the driver to see where he is. I expected at least a call back to say I had contacted the driver he/she is X minutes away but nothing.
A driver finally arrived with my total waiting time around an hour.
Got to the office and a man who must have had some connection with Aeroparks asked had I been waiting long. I had 2 options rant with a string of expletives or say noting. I said no comment and walked out.
I will not be using them again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use these guys a lot, they understand the speed and efficiency I like with any journey, no mucking about, just good service. Plus one of their drivers Tatiana is great value and plays good tunes! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Use at least 3 times a month and always great service, friendly desk staff and great shuttle drivers, tatiana even bought my car to the drop door this week as she know I have so many bags when returning, now that's service.
Yes shuttles can take 10 minutes sometimes (as per the other reviews) but there is traffic and other people so call in advance and let the desk know, and give the drivers a smile rather than grief they are doing there best.

Truly awesome staff. Lovely reception staff and drivers. Very accommodating with all the shuffling of our flights. Your staff made a very stressful week a bit easier with them. Martin and Barney (the dog) were very happy with the service they received from them :) thank you so much for all your help, and we will see you June!!!
