★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our driver to the airport was fantastic. Entertaining and efficient. Pick up on the other hand was absolutely hopeless. We ended up stuck at the international terminal (at 11 pm) for over an hour. We called twice and were told a shuttle comes every 20 minutes. That obviously didn’t happen. And after we finally were dropped back to our car we noticed the shuttle had parked in a car park and not going anywhere. Really disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried calling the 0800 6 times. No response. Finally got through to main number 12 minutes later. Told a 10-15 minute wait. Raced of to toilet and back again at stop well within the 10-15 min window. No van. Called again after 20 minutes. Another 10-15 minute wait. Finally pick up 45 minutes after my first attempted call. And if they did turn up within the time frame, why didn't they try communicating to ask where I was. I had already called to say that I was at the domestic pick up point. Like I always do. Sorry not good enough. Will rethink where I park next time. They have just lost a regular customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 Stars to all staff!! We received a friendly, professional and prompt service. The website was easy to book, got to the office, picked up the key to enter without any hassles. Then our driver most cheerful lady who made us feel very welcome. On our way back, we called and the lady advised that it will take 20 min, well it only took 5 minutes for the driver to get to us, so don't leave your post just in case... or at least keep an eye for the driver. Easy return of keys. The whole experience 10/10. Highly recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff and service. From online booking to reception and shuttle drivers. All are friendly and the car park service is setup in such a way that you will be in and out quick with least contact. Car park is spacious and has security camera and metal fence boundary. The rates are cheapest compared to competition.
