Q. If I don't follow or read "how it works" OR "FAQS", What will happen?

A. Anything is possible. Apark is not taking any responsibility.  For example, you are using our service not matching your booking, OR not matching our "how it works" and "FAQS" OR not matching terms & conditons.


Q. May I use your service outside normail business hours?

A. Possible, but you need to text 0226522088 in details. Apark will decide how and what to do . Normally we open 7 days, from 5am to 11pm.


Q. Where are you located?

A. Our address is 57 Pavillion Drive, Mangere 2022.


Q. Definition of "free shuttle"?

A. No charge on each check-in car with more than one passager. But free shuttle doesn't mean unlimited day or time to use this service.



Q. How often does your shuttle run?

A. All depends on the day, the traffic flow, the flight arrivals and departures and number of people we have to transfer.(Approx  every 30mins)



Q. Is the parking area secured?

A. Yes. All vehicles are inside secure fences at 57 Pavilion Drive, near Auckland airport.



Q. When should we arrive at the parking site?

A. Please be onsite at least 1 hour 15mins (Domestic) or 3 hours (International).  APark is not taking any responsiblity for missing flight or related matters.



Q. Can you transport us to another location besides the airport or the APark parking site?

A. We cannot guarantee this as our shuttle service only provides transfers between our parking site and Auckland Airport’s Domestic or International terminals. For special requests on location, please talk to our staff. However, we will only accept requests that do not conflict with Domestic/International shuttle guests.



Q. Will booking online be cheaper than over the phone?

A. online might be cheaper.



Q. Can the shuttle carry large or bulky luggage?

A. Our shuttles, while spacious and high ceiling-ed, so it has good amounts of space. Consideration for other shuttle guests is also recommended. Extra large or bulky luggage will have to be pre-arranged by text to: 0226522088.  Extra charge is required. 



Q. Booster seats provided?

A. Booster seats are available on request. Please notify our staff of other special requests ahead of time allowing us to meet your needs.



Q. Do you charge a cancellation fee?

A. non-refundable for cancellation of a booking.



Q. I don’t know my return date, does that matter?

A. No. Write down the approx time and update us be text message. You need to give us 24 hours notice to ensure service to be provided.



Q. How do I book a shuttle on return?

A. Please text us: 022 6522 088, 20 mins before you arrive pick up point. 



Q. What happens if I find damages on my vehicle?

A.  APark is not responsible for any losses or damages for any cars parking in this facility and any related losses and/or damages. It is entirely the responsibility of the user of this facility and service to arrange their own insurance or losses and damages covers before use of this facility and service

Q. Any extra charge maybe there?


A. 1.Extra one day parking, at least $5, public holiday is $10.

2.Any change in your booking. It may be at least $20. APARK reserves the right to charge or not charge at any time.

I don't think I've ever rated 1 star before. Did not assist with bag, spoke on phone in hand whilst driving to airport. Dropped me off as far as possible from terminal. Pick up was worse after 8 days away. Texted in the morning, had to call once I waited 10 minutes in rain and they were then on their way. Did not even open boot and expected me to know where to put my bag as van was full. Tried to give me reasons of no staff. This parking is out in Mangere with non-cement/tartrate parking. Can't roll your bag.

Terrible service. Going away the shuttle had tape over a smashed window. Coming back they took forever to pickup (40mins) and sent a tiny mini van for 8 people! You get what you pay for

Very cheap parking, great professional staff, very informative, great contact. We missed our flight I forgot to ring them being stressed and he was very understanding. Highly recommend.

Quick and efficient service. Got there, dropped off my keys and john got me to the airport in the shuttle. All within half an hour. When we came back we only had to call and john was there in 15 minutes. By far the most personalized and speedy service we've encountered in a parking company.

*********PLEASE DON'T BOOK WITH THEM*********** Terrible service, we booked with them during the Easter period as they were little cheaper than the others. Dropping off was as smooth as it could be, may be because it was early in the morning and no one else was there other than us. While coming back I texted them after landing at the Auckland Airport, a reply came 10 minutes later which told us where is the pick up point (which we already knew), but no info on when the pick up will be there. I called them multiple time it always went to voice mail. Which says user doesn't accept voicemail. Then a small 8 seater van came after 40 minutes, and at that moment we found out that there are people who are waiting longer than us to be picked up. And also the 8 seat was half filled as they picked us some passengers from international. The same car came back after almost one more hour with same previously filled passengers from international. I literally had to argue with the driver to atleast take one of us in, so that we can go and get the car. The driver just kept smiling and not much of answer on our way back to the parking to all the frustrated customers query. We understood that he was the only driver working for APARK on that night, which is really unprofessional. As a company they should know how many people they need to pick and plan accordingly.

Well here we are, writing a bad review while sitting in the airport, as no one picked up our phone calls or replied a single text for over 40 mins. They understood us well this time, nothing was lost in translation whatsoever, it was plainly bad service. Never using them again. For those who insists on using their service (don't understand why), a friendly reminder, they replied text a bit quicker. But still, expect a 30 mins delay, minimum.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! absolutely so rude when they EVENTUALLY came and got us to take us to airport. no manners whatsoever, was telling us to hurry up when they were late and throw your luggage in the back and slam the boot shut. the other passengers in the van had to leave their daughters behind! so so so unorganised. we called and let them know our flight was delayed and the guy that answered said it was fine as long as we arrived before 12am. we arrived at 10:30pm and rang and rang just to be told on the voicemail they don’t accept left messages. we paid for their service that they can’t provide. absolutely disgusting service!

What a terrible experience. We were asked to call or text when our flight arrived back, I sent a text and got no response. 10 min later I tried to call, got voicemail but could not leave a message. Waited another 15 min then called again, still no answer. After another 10 min I called again and they finally answered. I told them we were waiting and we had text she said oh she didn't see it. They arrived to pick us up in the smallest van they had, we were 8 people and could not fit, we had to leave some of our family at the airport, get the cars then go back and pick them up. She kept saying she only received 1 text so assumed it was 1 person. I didn't realize my 3 year old nephew had to send a text too in order to get on the transfer. What a terrible way to end such a great holiday.
