★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing. Lara is a great yoga teacher. I like how she gives you easy or harder options so you can choose yourself. She has classes on a few different times during the week so you can take which ever is most suitable for you. I will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the past 5-6 years I always have a great Friday when it starts with yoga beside the lovely waters in the BOI with Lara. She is generous, kind, caring, warm and a wonderful instructor. She is considerate of injuries and older women like me whose backs just don't bend as well as we would like! Love you Lara xx

Lara is a fantastic teacher, giving multiple options for poses so that students of all abilities can get what they need out of the class. I have been doing yoga with Lara for about three years now, and I'm 99% sure she's never repeated a class!

I have found Lara welcoming, friendly, and enthusiastic. She has a good knowledge of yoga and is able to explain and demonstrate poses clearly, offering alternate options for the not so flexible students.
I like the balance of breath work, dynamic and static poses, and relaxation/meditation that her classes offer.
